Ingredients: Wood Betony (Stachys officinalis) leaf & flower†, Linden (Tilia europea) blossoms^, Milky Oat (Avena sativa) immature seed†, Hawthorn (Crataegus spp.) leaf & flower^, Calendula (Calendula officinalis) †, Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca) leaf & flower† & Rose (Rosa rugosa) petals^.

Suggested Use: Steep 1-2 heaping Tbsp per cup of boiled water for 5-15min. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup to taste. Breathe deep and enjoy. Tea may be re-steeped for a second, milder brew.
