Fresh Medicinal & Culinary Herb CSA Membership

Want to make your own herbal remedies but don’t have the time or space to grow them yourself?

Our CSA Membership is perfect for budding or experienced herbalists, home apothecary enthusiasts and community medicine makers! Local pick up or delivery in the Hardwick area ONLY. Please choose local pick up in check-out as we are unable to ship fresh herbs at this time. Space is limited!

Our 2025 CSA Membership runs from July-Oct and includes:

  • 4-6 generous bundles of seasonal, fresh and potent herbs each month

  • tips and recipes for processing your herbs

  • opportunities to tour the gardens and purchase additional quantities of herbs

  • shares may include other bonus special surprises such as plant seedlings, dried herbs or tea blends

    Due to variables of weather, shares will likely consist of Angelica, Anise Hyssop, Artichoke, Ashwagandha, Bacopa, Borage, Calendula, Chamomile, Comfrey, Echinacea, Elecampane, Garlic, Gotu kola, Hyssop, Lemon Balm, Marshmallow, Milky Oats, Monarda, Motherwort, Japanese Mugwort, Sage, Spilanthes, St. John’s Wort, Thyme, Tulsi, Wood Betony, and Yarrow. When possible, members will be able to choose from several options each month. You will receive amounts sufficient for tincture making, infusing in oils or drying for later use. Other less well known herbs may be available upon request. Please inquire if you’re looking for something particular!

2025 Full Season Share $125.00.

2025 CSA Weekend Pick Up Dates*:

July (leaf & flower)- 7/12 & 7/13, August (leaf & flower)- Sat 8/9 & 8/10, September (leaf & flower)- 9/13 & Sun 9/14, October (roots) - 10/18 & 10/19

* Going on vacation? Alternate dates may be available, please inquire if you need this accommodation. Shares not picked up will be donated unless alternate dates have been agreed upon at least 3 days ahead of originally scheduled dates above. We cannot store fresh herbs beyond the pick up dates. Thank you!
